Functional, weight & agility training

It seems that functional training dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, when several studies in the field of rehabilitation were conducted in Australia and in the USA, under the name of Functional Theory. According to some experts, functional training has rehabilitative origins and is deeply rooted in the concept of “attention to the real life movements”. Inspired by this concept, we decided to dedicate an entire section to this modern way of training, with a wide range of new, simple and efficient products. All these tools help both athletes and professionals achieve great results not only for Functional Training, but also for all those modern techniques of training which prefer cardio-respiratory and muscular resistance, strength, flexibility, power, velocity. agility, balance and much more.
