The interlocking format, with precision-cut edges and corners produced using advanced waterjet cutting technology, allows for quick installation and creates a continuous surface with no gaps or movement over time. Waterproof and dimensionally stable, it is easy to clean and significantly reduces maintenance requirements and long-term costs.

The vulcanization process bonds the two layers into a single compact and homogeneous structure, delivering greater wear resistance, quick and easy cleaning and, unlike recycled rubber flooring, no risk of crumbling. The high-grip top layer provides maximum stability in cardio and strength-training areas, while the lower layer absorbs impact, helps protect joints, and ensures comfort and versatility for free-weight and Functional Training areas.

Certified according to EN 14041 with CE marking and classified Cfl-s2 for reaction to fire, ELITE complies with stringent European fire-safety requirements, offering certified safety and peace of mind for both facility operators and users.
